Traditionally, authorities utilize local newspapers, TV, radio, and websites to publish warnings, but the problem is those traveling only have the car radio as their source of communication. Not everyone is listening. Portable information radio stations with advisory road signs, give authorities the means to get the message out to those in danger, the drivers.
