According to Wikipedia, more violent tornadoes, EF4 or EF5, occur more often in the USA than in any other country. Each year, there are over 80 deaths and 1,500 injuries associated with tornadoes. Emergency Managers and community leaders are tasked with trying to mitigate the number of fatalities and injuries caused by tornadoes by providing warning systems to its citizens. Unfortunately, there are some communities that do not have the benefit of a warning system. Community leaders cannot control what people do when a warning is issued – but they can insure all people receive crucial warnings – that just might save a life.
